1. Conditions of Use

• We prefer the sale to registered customers.
  

• For customers interested in buying a one-off and quickly we suggest ordering in the form of an e-mail mentioning the names of selected items and the address at which the consignment is to be delivered.
  
• When completing a registration Customer confirms that the data is real. A condition for the implementation of the contract is proper execution of the order form, specify the exact address and phone number contact.
  
• Store may refuse to implement the contract, if personal data of the Customer is incomplete, its e-mail address is invalid or we can not establish contact with the customer.
  
• Check twice given e-mail address. This is important if you will make mistake you will not receive confirmation of registration receipt and we will not be able to establish contact with you.
  
• If, you will provided incorrect e-mail at the registration , you can edit your data after you log into your account and the entry into the "Edit Account".
  
• All prices shown on the store contains tax.
  
• The time of realization of the order carries out till 2 working days, calculating since next working day after previous confirmation the order. The time of realization matters since the date of the transfer is recorded on our account.
  
• Goods are sent as Preemptive package through the Polish Post.
  
• Transport costs are borne by the buyer.
  

• The fee for the goods may take the form of:
  -Bank transfer - the order is carried out after the receipt of contributions to the account. Account number is included on the confirmation of the order.

We are able to send Our jewellery all over European Union and:

If You are interested in buying Our jewellery and You are living outside countries listed above, just ask us if it is possibile to make a deal.

• In accordance with the Act of 2 March 2002 on the protection of the rights of consumers goods purchased in our store, you can opt out without reason within 10 days from the date of receipt of delivery. This is possible only if the product was not used or was not damaged in any way. We guarantee the return of the product. In order to make a return, please contact us to agree on details.
• In case of the repayment of money they will be sent to the postal transfer or bank transfer to the account.

• The repayment covers only the value of the product without the cost of supplies, which are not recoverable.

• Costs associated with return shall be borne by client.



• Terms of returning goods should be agreed in advance by phone or by e-mail.
  Standard shipping cost inside Poland is equal to 6 PLN (about 1,4 EUR / 1,2 GBP / 1,9 USD)
  Standard shipping cost outside Poland is equal to 15 PLN (about 3,4 EUR / 3 GBP / 4,7 USD)

3. Possible discounts

Amber Net company offers special discount for transactions above 2000 PLN.

Possible discounts:
10% when order is above 2000 PLN
15% when order is above 4000 PLN

Discount is added automatic while order process (third step "Data Confirmation").

4. Coupons

• Coupon can be used only in Amber Net store.
• Coupon will reduce order value by the nominal of purchased coupon.
• Coupon can be used only to gain discount, coupon can not be exchanged for money.
• Coupons code will be sended in email message immediately after ordering.
• The coupon will be activated after receiving payment.
• The coupon can be used by owner or can be given as a gift.
• The coupon may be used only once, the unused value will be included in next order.
• Coupon code can be entered in shopping cart or during the ordering procedure in the payment method selection step.
• Active coupons can be viewed in the user panel "My Account" and then "My Coupons".
• Coupon base value is set in Polish Zloty and converted to other currency, value of coupon in currency other then PLN is fluent and dependent on rate of exchange.
